Spiritual intelligence

>> Thursday, November 5, 2009

Qalbu understand completely is impossible. We can understand the process through the assumption of a very personal reflection. This is because there is in the heart of a very multi-dimensional potential. The heart does not have a limit or a permanent measure. However, more conditioning and do not have a static limit. Therefore, the heart can not be limited by the size, but only with the level of confidence. Thus, the heart is the conscience that receives flood of light divine truth.

When thy Lord drew forth from the Children of Adam - from their loins - their descendants, and made them testify concerning themselves, (saying): "Am I not your Lord (who cherishes and sustains you)?"- They said: "Yea! We do testify!" (This), lest ye should say on the Day of Judgment: "Of this we were never mindful" (Al-A'raaf 7: 172)

The heart is the locus or place of the human soul which is the central or the beginning of that move human actions tend to the good and the bad. Also receiving an expanse of conscience comes from the spirit which is sometimes called the conscience (nature of light) which illuminates or gives directions to people to behave and act based on the principle belief that he had.

Because of the heart, then God wants to glorify man above all creatures He created. And vice versa, because the heart is too, man lowered his own dignity, even lower than animals. How did this happen? This is because the heart is the central point of intelligence and stupidity as well as spiritual man himself. That's why God put the heart as a central human consciousness. Thus, from here we can understand why God does not care that measures seem obvious and forgive the mistakes that are not intentionally conscience voiced by the actors.

“Allah will not call you to account for thoughtlessness in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts; and He is Oft-forgiving, Most Forbearing.” (Al-Baqara 2: 225)

God does not look the look, but rather look at the essential, that is the heart of man. Because this is where the start of all actions authentic. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said,

"Verily Allah does not look at your face shape, do not look at your body, but He looked at the heart you.

The heart is the beginning of the true attitude of the most authentic human being is honesty, faith, and the principles of truth. Accumulate inside the moral sense of right and wrong, good and bad, and the various decisions that must be consciously accountable. Thus, the quality of the heart will determine whether he can appear as the subject or even become an object, fallen into disgrace, and even more despicable than the worms.

For the worst of beasts in the sight of Allah are those who reject Him: They will not believe.” (Al-Anfal 8: 55)

Many are the Jinns and men we have made for Hell: They have hearts where with they understand not, eyes where with they see not, and ears where with they hear not. They are like cattle,- nay more misguided: for they are heedless (of warning).” (Al-A’raf 7: 179)

Then do We abase him (to be) the lowest of the low.” (At-Tin 95: 5)

Thus, the mental intellect grew the earliest, which is responsible for consciousness. For example, if an employee who intentionally arrive late, in fact he was betraying his own conscience. This is damaging its moral convictions, faith, and do not have a sense of responsibility. Despite arriving late at work, it seems trivial, but the moral values can not be measured by such assumptions, but feel bitter for reprehensible actions. Not all about quantity - which seems trivial - but about the quality of conscience excluded.

Thus, spiritual intelligence is the ability to listen to his conscience or the whisper of God's truth as the culmination of meaningfulness of life. Therefore, intelligence is determined by the efforts of spiritual cleansing and enlightening the heart (tazkiyah, tarbiyatul quluub) so that they can provide advice and direction of action and how we make decisions.

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said,

"Ask advice to yourself, ask for advice on your conscience, O Habishah (Prophet repeated it three times). Kindness is something that makes people calm and peaceful heart. Sin is something that makes people feel peaceful and did not waver in the heart. "(Hadith narrated by Ahmad)

How far our Prayer

>> Saturday, October 24, 2009

Leader will always take the moans of his soul through prayer. Not it self, and presents himself before God. He realized that God will not abandon him. Therefore, he made the prayer as the sharpest weapon to erode all the dirt and debris that covered the heart of the divine light.

Prayer will give birth to hope and optimism in the future. There was something about the intended and expected to be achieved. By praying we will be more eager to do the actual and responsible in the way of life filled with temptations and challenges.

Dr. Alexis Carrel said, "Prayer is a form of the most powerful energy that can be produced solely by each person." Expand prayer to increase our life energy. God himself is very pleased to His servants to pray.

“When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me: Let them also, with a will, Listen to My call, and believe in Me: That they may walk in the right way.” (Al-Baqara 2: 186

A leader confronts the face of his heart to God in earnest, with all humility, both worried and hopeful. God never knew boredom or bored to listen to the servant who screams for his guidance.

For a leader, pray not just physical acts, but rather a spiritual expression, a statement that the mind screamed, as he confronts his inner hope to the Merciful.

Call on your Lord with humility and in private: for Allah loveth not those who trespass beyond bounds.” (Al-A’raf 7: 55

And do thou (O reader!) Bring thy Lord to remembrance in thy (very) soul, with humility and in reverence, without loudness in words, in the mornings and evenings; and be not thou of those who are unheedful.” (Al-A’raf 7: 205

Say: "Call upon Allah, or call upon Rahman: by whatever name ye call upon Him, (it is well): for to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names. Neither speak thy Prayer aloud, nor speak it in a low tone, but seek a middle course between."(Al Isra’17: 110

It is said that praying for a spiritual act when we pray the soul vibrating, infiltrate into the recesses of the heart to get the essence of the Divine.

For, Believers are those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a tremor in their hearts, and when they hear His signs rehearsed, find their faith strengthened, and put (all) their trust in their Lord.” (Al-Anfal 8: 2

The verses above remind, that at the moment there is a sense of self pray that I was dealing with the All-Hearing. Thus, the importance of mental consciousness and deep understanding of the nature of prayer. Thus, the prayer that we say becomes a form of worship is most essential, as the Prophet Muhammad said,

"Prayer is the heart than of worship." (This hadeeth was narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)

How and to what extent the role of prayer in your life?

Remember, prayer is cheap but the result is luxurious.

Forgive And Forget

>> Friday, October 16, 2009

Eid yesterday it was pictured. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere really makes this a longing heart to enjoy it again. Visiting the neighbors and family, forgiveness among friends and relatives. This nation - Indonesia - have actually remarkable habit. Every Idul Fitri comes, the movement to forgive each other's national apology was really thrilling atmosphere this nation.

Indirectly we are trained to be a great soul. A great soul is the courage to forgive and forget once the act has ever done by someone else. Why high-minded? because a person can forgive, but not necessarily to forget. Things like this just forgiveness ritual that is formal, not to touch the conscience.

In fact, the spirit of forgiveness is the elimination of all the things that make a person a psychological obstacles are still there. In the heart of a leader, there is no room for resentment and hatred. Since the entire space within the heart has been filled with love. Remember, the Prophet Muhammad said,

"Every person is a leader and should prompt future liability related to his leadership."

The leaders are aware of his life to God, they will be able to forgive no matter how other people treat the pain of it. This is because they know that forgiveness is not only a form of godliness, but also one of his responsibilities. Responsibility as a leader, whose life was not alone. All the attitudes and actions will affect others. That is the mandate of a leader who must be fulfilled.

Allah says,

Be quick in the race for forgiveness from your Lord, and for a Garden whose width is that (of the whole) of the heavens and of the earth, prepared for the righteous. Those who spend (freely), whether in prosperity, or in adversity; who restrain anger, and pardon (all) men;- for Allah loves those who do good.” (Ali Imran 3: 133-134)

“………….and the remission is the nearest to righteousness.” (Al-Baqarah 2: 237)

We remember, a story. At the time of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) being harassed by residents of Ta'if. Population Ta'if not only expel him, but threw the stone, so the Prophet's face bleeding. At that moment, angels offer help to avenge his pain had diminished to limit humanity. But the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), it responded with prayer,

"O Allah, forgive them because they do not know."

Determination, fortitude, and the forgiving nature of a unified in the person of the Prophet Muhammad which represents the value of piety and modeling Qur'ani personality. As word of God,

Those who spend (freely), whether in prosperity, or in adversity; who restrain anger, and pardon (all) men;- for Allah loves those who do good.” (Ali Imran 3: 134)

Hold to forgiveness; command what is right; But turn away from the ignorant.” (Al A'raf 7: 199)

Thus the real character of a leader, forgive from their heart, and eliminate it from memory. Do such things with on the basis of love. For Allah is Oft-Pardoning and Merciful to all His creatures.

Syawal is increased .

>> Tuesday, October 6, 2009

This is the Syawal month. Which means an increase or growth. It is a sign that after our month-long fasting, should be an increase in self into a better direction. Each person must be good at measuring himself how far we go. At the end of Ramadan and the beginning of the month syawal, should be used for self-introspection, the extent to which improvements in the quality of our relationship with God and with humans.

Ramadhan is the momentum for us to build the determination and commitment, that the future we must become better. Become a better servant, become a better husband, a better wife, and be who we are a better.

How to become a better?

1. Learn. Let us always with humility to want to learn about the values that make you grow. The learning process will never finish. So learning is an activity that we will continue to do all the time. Therefore multiply heard.

Proclaim! (or read!) in the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created. Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood. Proclaim! And thy Lord is Most Bountiful. He Who taught (the use of) the pen. Taught man that which he knew not.” (Al ‘Alaq 96: 1-5

God created the 2 ears and 1 mouth, so we learned more than commenting.

2. Enjoy your life. Accept yourself what it is. Be Yourself. God created each person is unique. Every person has a potential that is not the same. However, any potential given to us, must be accounted for later accountability. Therefore, develop yourself, to be yourself better.

And its enlightenment as to its wrong and its right. Truly he succeeds that purifies it. And he fails that corrupts it!" (Ash-Shams 91: 8-10)

3. Every achievement takes commitment. Plan growth deliberately what you want to achieve one year ahead. Commit to achieving it, and Commit to complete. There is no commitment with no plan, no plan without achievement.

Remember, how the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) always plan every action with his companions, he decided and achieved. Many examples have been done by him. One example, how he planned carefully “trench war”. Any opinions of the friends heard and contemplate. And after it was decided, the Prophet and his companions perform with a high commitment, and achieve good results.

4. Association is where you want to be. There are no perfect human beings. Each of us would want someone else. Therefore in Islam, human relationships become very important. Is associated with people who support your achievement. Decide to take the initiative and invest in building a solid relationship.

O ye who believe! Fear Allah and be with those who are true (in word and deed).” (At Tawba 9: 119)

"The best man was a believer, who fought street Alloh with soul and his wealth, then the faithful are in one faction of the various groups devoted to God and leave those who do evil" (Hadith narrated by Bukhari)

5. Draw near to God. Always count on God in every decision you. Each what we decide whether we think, not necessarily good by God. We're just a slave, try to ask, in every decision, whether this is appropriate in the context of faith.

Lahaula wala quwata illa billaah” (power and no strength except by the will of God)

May we put into the servant who was devoted to him.

Is not this so?

Expectations after Eid

>> Tuesday, September 29, 2009

Ramadan has passed . What we can from it? One of them is hope. When fasting is done with the right intentions, would any of us have hope, that one year ahead, we will be ourselves better.

Now we just how strong hope that burned in the hearts and minds. Because of the strong hope will hypnotize and encourage you to stir into the expectations that we believe to be the principle of truth.

Our personality is determined by what you want we expect from ourselves. Our thinking determines the quality of our personality (you are what you think).

Changed

Indeed what we are ending the fasting month of Ramadan on Engadget? None other than the change. Changes in us being human that was godly.

"O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) self-restraint". (Al-Baqarah: 183)

Change is important in every year, so we do not get stuck in the status quo, a static condition, and establish. Complacent in the situation there. So that we avoid the situation, feel a person who had taqwa, so that we feel is final.

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said,

"He who today is the same as yesterday, they are the losers. Anyone who today is worse than the day yesterday, he hurt people ... ..

Every man wants a better life and it all can only be achieved if we want to change.

"If we don’t change the direction we’re going, we’re likely to end up where we are headed." - Chinese Proverb

One thing we must realize that every decision has consequences. The changes that we want to bear the challenges and tests. God himself says,

"Do men think that they will be left alone on saying," We believe ", and that they will not be tested?." (Al Ankabut 29: 2

Therefore, 11 months ahead is the challenge test for us, how strong our desire for change. Transformed into ourselves better.

Eid in my childhood

>> Tuesday, September 22, 2009

At the time I was a kid, I lived in a city on the Hill. Away from the crowd. Electric light was still not equitable, including my house untouched for electric lighting. So you can imagine, when night falls dark atmosphere surrounding our environment. There was no television, no sound of crickets and other night animals. The only fun for the children when the full moon arrives. One ward was noisy because almost all the kids out to play, and romp.

When Eid was coming, we were getting crowded ward. Once there is no ban on firecrackers rang. So after prayer tarawih, usually sound firecrackers and fireworks sounded everywhere. Moreover, it was during Ramadan when the school closed for 40 days. So every day, no day without playing.

Moments that never forget that moment, almost in every house for Eid preoccupied with cleaning the house, and make cakes for relatives and neighbors who will be visiting. In the past, very rarely encountered in the holiday cakes bought at the store, but each always make their own home. For us as children, the moment of making the cake moments that are always eagerly awaited. We always hoped, that the cake will burn mother contrived or maturity. Because if it burnt cake so we can have it. Well, once said ... ..

When takbeer reverberate, as a sign of Ramadan ends, our children, adolescents and adults do a parade around the village, carrying the "Oncor", which in turn bamboo while bertakbir. So that our village atmosphere really fun filled atmosphere. That night, almost all people without exception out of the house enliven the moments of victory for Muslims. The next day, all of our good kids to old people flocking to the field and the mosques for prayers Id. Along the way, all people with interpretation. Indeed, the scenery and atmosphere that is touching the hearts and stir souls.

Eid ritual, usually followed by frequent visits between brothers and relatives. This activity can take place were the days. The situation was very impressive, and always want to repeat in each year. Civil lives in the city home visit parents and relatives. Who live far away in another town, taking the time to come to visit stay in touch. Mutually forgive each other. So that the kinship relations became closer.

Childhood atmosphere that always rang in my memory. The atmosphere is always encouraged us to go back to the village or going home.
